Passion leads to success! How I found my true calling!

Passion is the secret ingredient that can turn a good career into a great one. As #athlete you will be already aware of this, because no athlete has ever become successful, if he didn´t had #passion for his sport.

My journey to discovering my true calling is a testament to this. I started as a water polo player, where I learned the importance of dedication, resilience, and goal setting. However, as my sports career ended, I faced the daunting question: “What’s next?“

Transitioning from sports to business wasn’t easy, because where can you find this team spirit and competitiveness as in sports. I tried several paths. Started as an electrician, moved to banking, to bank auditing, to sales. Each teaching me valuable lessons but none quite igniting that inner fire. It wasn’t until I discovered leadership and the power of coaching. My true passion!

Helping people reach their goals and inspiring them to pursue their dreams allowed me to blend my sports experience with my business acumen. It was and still is the perfect fit.

Embracing this passion has been transformative. It has fueled my growth, driven my success, and brought immense satisfaction. When you align your career with your passion, work doesn’t feel like work; it’s a fulfilling journey.
